What You’ll Be Doing

Serve as a visible and trusted member of the site leadership team, partnering closely with managers, employees, and HR colleagues to influence decisions, address challenges proactively, and advocate for people and business outcomes with confidence and credibility.
- Partner with site leaders and managers to develop people strategies that strengthen engagement, capability, and business performance.
- Lead employee relations, talent development, performance management, and workforce planning initiatives that support a positive employee experience.
- Drive organizational change and continuous improvement efforts that help teams adapt, grow, and achieve business goals.
- Use workforce data and insights to identify trends, recommend solutions, and improve employee and operational outcomes.
- Ensure HR programs, policies, and practices are effectively implemented while fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, safety, and collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors degree and 5 years of human resource management, generalist or talent leader experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain a highly visible presence in a manufacturing environment, engaging effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, provide direct feedback, and navigate difficult conversations in a constructive and professional manner.
- Experience partnering with leaders and employees across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of employment practices and HR programs within a manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn workforce data into actionable business recommendations.
