Based on-site in Tallahassee, Florida, this role offers exposure to global projects and up to 30% travel, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to strategic manufacturing initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Lead industrial and manufacturing projects from planning through execution, ensuring objectives are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Partner with teams across engineering, operations, production, procurement, and quality to align priorities, remove barriers, and drive project success.

  • Improve manufacturing performance by implementing process optimization, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce waste.

  • Manage project financials by developing budgets, monitoring expenditures, identifying savings opportunities, and maintaining strong cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.

  • Communicate project progress, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders, providing clear updates and escalating changes to scope, schedule, or budget when needed.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • 5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, quality systems, and project milestone/tollgate methodologies.

  • Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Primavera, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex operational challenges through data-driven decision-making.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
