This is a newly created leadership role supporting the continued growth of Turbocor's global operations and supplier network. As Senior Manager, Global Supplier Quality, you will lead the strategy, systems, and team needed to ensure supplier quality, performance, and scalability across multiple regions.

Preferred location: Nordborg, Denmark, or the Lyon region, France. Being based near one of our manufacturing locations will enable close collaboration with Operations while supporting teams and suppliers across China and the US.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and execute the global supplier quality strategy to improve supplier performance, quality, and risk management.
• Build, coach, and develop a growing global team of Supplier Quality Engineers across China and the US. The team is expected to approximately double in size during the coming year.
• Provide functional leadership across a matrix organization, aligning regional Supplier Quality teams and partnering closely with local Operations and Supply Chain leaders.
• Partner with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to support supplier selection and development, PPAP activities, new product introductions, product transfers, sourcing decisions, and supplier non-conformities.
• Establish supplier KPIs, scorecards, audits, and improvement programs that drive measurable business results.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.
• Significant experience of experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, Quality Management, or Manufacturing Quality.
• Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including building, developing, or scaling technical teams and strengthening organizational capability. Experience leading globally distributed teams across cultures and time zones is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in supplier audits, quality systems, corrective actions, supplier development, and supplier performance management.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 30%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Devices, Defense, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), or Industrial Manufacturing is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Six Sigma, or International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Lead Auditor are desirable, along with experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA).
