Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the upkeep and integration of operational processes within the Enterprise Resource Planning system, focused on software applications and SQL database.  Duties: primary architect for Engineering Change Management Process (ECM) and Variable Configurator (VC); ECM and VC process gap analysis, process reviews, and internal customer training; manage operations projects and program components; manage operational KPIs related to ECM and VC processes; provide analytic and strategic data for current change control process improvements with ECM and VC; support test and validation to ensure system designs meet operational and functional needs; implement continuous improvements based on risk management assessment of current process; establish and maintain documentation of current process backed by strong requirements linked to business objectives and customer needs; audits of ECM and VC processes; comply with quality policy to ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, attainment of business goals, and environmental well-being.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or Industrial Engineering
  • 7 years experience in manufacturing or software industry
  • 2 years experience with SAP
  • Experience may be gained concurrently
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization.
