In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our global business runs smoothly every single day. You will lead the team responsible for keeping our critical A2A and B2B integrations stable, secure, and high‑performing across SAP PO, SAP Cloud Integration (CI), API Management, and manufacturing systems.
Your leadership will directly support our digital ecosystem, empower colleagues across the world, and help our business deliver products and services with excellence.

As the Integration Operations Team Lead, you will drive operational reliability, continuous improvement, and proactive innovation in how our systems communicate—making a real difference to the teams and customers who rely on them.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and guide a high‑performing Integration Operations team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and operational discipline.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations across SAP PO, SAP CI, API Management, and SSIS‑based manufacturing integrations.
• Drive incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and long‑term preventive actions.
• Communicate effectively with business teams, customers, vendors, and integration partners to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Maintain governance, documentation, and compliance with ITIL processes and internal standards.
• Monitor system performance and implement actions that strengthen stability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Support automation efforts and ongoing improvement of integration platforms and operational processes.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PO, SAP Cloud Integration, and API Management solutions.
• Good working knowledge of SSIS, SQL Server, and manufacturing data integrations.
• Deep understanding of A2A/B2B integration patterns, EDI, IDoc, XML/JSON, REST/SOAP.
• Experience working with adapters such as SFTP, AS2, JDBC, RFC, and awareness of integration security best practices.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders in global environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–12 years in integration technologies, including 2–3 years in a team-lead capacity.
• ITIL certification and experience in global or manufacturing environments are strong advantages.
