At Danfoss Climate Solutions, you'll work on innovative, energy-efficient refrigeration technologies that matter. As Technical Sales Support – Refrigeration, you'll be the trusted technical expert for customers across the Netherlands and Belgium—combining your refrigeration knowledge with customer-focused support to solve challenges, optimize solutions, and help customers achieve their goals.
You'll work from our offices in Rotterdam or Brussels, or from a home office location in either country, collaborating with an international team that values technical excellence, proactive problem-solving, and customer success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the technical expert for customers and colleagues—providing support by phone and email, troubleshooting refrigeration issues, answering product questions, and delivering clear, reliable advice on components and applications
- Partner with sales teams to support customers and prospects with technical guidance, sizing recommendations, and optimized cooling solutions that drive growth
- Lead customers through technical challenges by diagnosing issues, offering solutions, and ensuring fast response times—even in difficult or emotional situations
- Maintain customer interactions and technical activities using Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless collaboration across the team
- Deliver internal and external training sessions, share best practices and new technologies, and help customers and colleagues stay ahead in refrigeration innovation
What We're Looking For
- Technical training or degree in refrigeration (e.g., Certified Refrigeration Technician, Foreman in Refrigeration, or related technical qualification) combined with 5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC and refrigeration applications
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial refrigeration components, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (primarily via phone and email) in both Dutch and English (speaking and writing)—you can explain complex technical topics clearly and manage customer situations with professionalism and empathy
- Experience with MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused, analytical mindset
