As an Engineering Intern – Technical Services (Turbocor), you’ll help solve real-world technical challenges that directly impact customer success. This is an opportunity to build hands-on engineering experience while supporting advanced compressor technologies used by customers around the world.

Working alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams, you’ll develop your troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem-solving skills while contributing to technical investigations, customer support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll gain exposure to quality, reliability, production, software, and sales teams, giving you a broad view of how engineering expertise helps deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support technical investigations by analyzing fault logs, system data, and performance information to help identify root causes and recommend next steps.

• Assist Engineering and Quality teams with failure and warranty investigations, helping improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal partners across Sales, Production, Software, RMA, Quality, and Reliability, as well as external customers, to support timely issue resolution.

• Help develop and maintain technical documentation, service materials, and training content that improve knowledge sharing across teams and partners.

• Document findings, corrective actions, and lessons learned to strengthen technical support processes and continuous improvement efforts.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn technical troubleshooting methods

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis, documentation, and reporting

• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week
