As our new Technical Support Analyst, you will support our customers regarding the correct application of our refrigeration and air conditioning products and solutions.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting sales KAMs in winning new business and opportunities
- Delivering high-level after-sales support to our customers
- Supporting warranty analysis and process for complaints raised by customers
- Ensure all customer claims are registered and treated in a very professional way.
- Diagnosing breakdown problems & troubleshooting in complex refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems.
- Support customers with their technical doubts, select or recommend products, guide installation and adjustments needed, investigate product failures and troubleshooting, deliver training, conduct meetings, visit customer installations and accompany equipment’s start-ups, deliver technical reports, create and follow-up of claims and quality complaints, among others.
"Every day, you’ll collaborate with Sales, P&D, Quality, Application and Technical Support teams. You’ll also have to deal with external partners like sales agents, instructors and inspectors.
"We’re looking for someone with
- Technician or Bachelor in Engineering degree (Control and Automation, Mechatronics, Refrigeration or Mechanical)
- Proven experience on Commercial Refrigeration, preferably including system automation and controls.
- Ability to balance high demands inherent with multiple customers while managing projects and technical discussions.
- Advanced Portuguese and English – Spanish is a differential.
- Willing and able to travel regionally and internationally.
