As our Technical Support Clerk, you’ll play a key role in involves working under supervision and approval, utilizing Danfoss systems, and adhering to establish guidelines and procedures.
Your impact? Have foundational mechanical knowledge in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems, with interest or basic exposure to control and automation systems
You’ll collaborate with functions and take ownership of tools, helping us move toward a more efficient future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide technical support for the Danfoss Cooling product line through telephone, email, Salesforce, and other digital platforms, for customer interaction.
- Support troubleshooting efforts for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems.
- Conduct internal and external product presentations and technical training (virtual and in-person), web videos, to increase knowledge of products and applications.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or Engineering Technology with preference in Mechanical, Refrigeration or HVAC.
- Strong coordination and communication skills in English and Spanish (oral and written).
- Strong interest in learning HVAC/Refrigeration (openness to learn about controls and automation is welcome).
- Experience with MS Office required and ability to learn new digital tools (Salesforce, CRM platforms, etc.).
