As a Danfoss Climate Solutions, Technical Support Engineer Graduate, you will contribute to the growth, development and technical enhancement for the entire set of customers in Saudi Arabia. You will help improve energy efficiency, reliability, and performance in critical cooling applications such as data centers, commercial HVAC, industrial process cooling, cold rooms among others.

This is a hands-on opportunity to apply engineering theory to real-world products while gaining exposure to industry-leading technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Support the specification, selection, and troubleshooting of compressors, line components, and electronic controllers across HVAC/R applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions to customers and end users, addressing product and application inquiries.
  • Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to support customer understanding and product adoption.
  • Document testing results, technical findings, and recommendations through clear and accurate reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support product improvements and new product development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Saudi natioanlity is a must.
  • Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills, with excellent relationship-building and customer communication abilities.
  • Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, electrical Engineering or mechatronics.
  • Knowledge of basic physics and mathematics concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate technical findings clearly, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach, and willingness to travel within the region.
