As our new GES Business Excellence Trainee, AI Solutions, you will help accelerate digital transformation by creating intelligent solutions that improve how people work every day. By combining AI, process automation, and business applications, you will turn ideas into practical tools that deliver measurable value.
You will play a role in designing AI-powered experiences and automating business processes across the organization. Your work will help teams save time, increase productivity, and make better use of digital technologies.
Based in Vaasa, Finland, this is an exciting opportunity for a student to apply what you are learning in your studies to real business challenges while gaining hands-on experience with modern AI and automation technologies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and enhance AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to improve user experiences and productivity.
- Build automation workflows and integrations that streamline business processes and reduce manual work.
- Create business applications with Power Apps that help teams work more efficiently.
- Develop custom solutions using Python and APIs to connect systems and enable scalable automation.
- Manage project activities from requirements gathering through deployment to deliver successful business outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- You are currently pursuing a university or applied sciences degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field
- Experience programming in Python or a comparable language.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, such as with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience developing workflows, integrations, or applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with international business stakeholders.
