The Impact You'll Make

 

As an Incoming Logistics Planner Intern, you will support the inbound logistics and planning team in ensuring the smooth flow of materials to our production site.

Your work will directly contribute to maintaining material availability, supporting production continuity, and strengthening collaboration between suppliers, logistics, and internal stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations within a dynamic, international manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

• Supporting the Incoming Logistics Planning team in daily operational tasks
• Monitoring and updating material flow and availability
• Working in SAP and other planning systems to maintain accurate data
• Cooperating with suppliers, logistics, and internal production teams
• Assisting in resolving material shortages and delivery issues
• Analyzing logistics data and supporting process improvements
• Learning inbound logistics and supply chain processes in practice 

What We're Looking For

 

• Student or recent graduate (logistics, supply chain, engineering or related field preferred)
• No prior experience required – motivation and willingness to learn are key
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
• Very good Polish language skills (daily cooperation with production and logistics teams)
• Good English skills (international environment and systems)
• Analytical mindset and good attention to detail
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Willingness to work on-site and collaborate closely with operational teams
