The Impact You'll Make

Group Treasury at Danfoss is a great match for analytical financial minds who are curious about how cash flow and financial risk move through a global business, and how it finances its growth and M&A activities. In this role, you will be close to the processes that keep our financing, cash flow and risk management activities running securely, supporting our business and investment decisions.

You will work across different treasury areas - from daily cash operations to exposure reporting and M&A integration - giving you broad insights and a foundation to grow your technical skills quickly. With our digital treasury toolbox and a supportive team, you will build knowledge and confidence fast.

This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or early career professional to grow in a role with a steep learning curve. You will join an inclusive, collaborative team and benefit from flexible working hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support daily cash management and our global in‑house bank and payment factory, ensuring efficient and secure settlement across Danfoss.
  • Review and report financial exposures, such as foreign exchange (FX) and interest rates, and help track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in M&A integrations, helping new companies transition smoothly into our treasury structures and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the business, our Shared Service Centers (SSCs), and accounting teams and support the daily contact with our banking partners.
  • Participate in projects that optimize treasury systems and processes, working with our Treasury Management System (TMS), SAP In‑house Bank, and digital tools.

What We're Looking For

  • A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a similar field that gives you a basic understanding of financial concepts.
  • An analytical, structured approach and the ability to work with details in a systematic way.
  • A basic understanding of financial instruments and an interest in developing treasury expertise.
  • Strong digital, IT and AI skills and willingness to learn our Treasury Management System (TMS), SAP In‑house Bank, and Power BI.
  • A collaborative mindset, openness to learning, and the ability to communicate clearly in English.

What You'll Get from Us

  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
