As our Commercial Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting efficient commercial operations by ensuring timely delivery, strengthening collaboration with markets, and driving high-quality offer and reporting processes.

You’ll collaborate with market teams, operations, production, and management and take ownership of reporting, stakeholder communication, and commercial follow-ups, helping us move toward a more efficient and customer-focused future.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Support internal and external stakeholders by preparing, analyzing, and communicating weekly reports and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and markets through regular meetings to ensure alignment and transparency
• Use your analytical skills to uncover market developments, track product performance, and follow up on key findings
• Continuously improve ways of working by proactively identifying risks, solving issues, and sharing knowledge across teams
What We're Looking For
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with markets, operations, production, and management
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders
• Very good command of English and Polish (written and spoken)
• A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills and a “keep your promises” attitude
