We now have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Quality Manager to be based at our plant in Tuchom (Poland).
The Quality Manager is part of the plant leadership team and will be charged with ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction (internally and externally) and performance through the implementation and application of an efficient and effective QMS across the scope of the business. They will drive the quality culture by ensuring across the site play their part in pursuing excellence by making sure that customers and stakeholders’ needs are met and ideally, that their expectations are exceeded.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Act as a strong ambassador for Quality in the local leadership team to ensure we maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through CLI (Customer Loyalty Index) and Customer rewards/certifications.
- Achieve the targets set for customer Quality related KPIs, metrics & measures including the execution of related “Must-Win Battles”.
- Ensure that the local management system is compliant to agreed customer specific requirements, Country EHS legislations, IATF 16949, PED Directive and other agreed requirements.
- Perform as a manager / leader of employees, including the execution of employees’ development goals.
- Ensure that employees across Quality, Design and Process are trained and competent in IATF core quality tools, and EHS requirements.
- Ensure delivery of audits (system, manufacturing processes and products), and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented by the respective process owners as required.
- Drive the Continuous Improvement Process.
- Weekly status reports for the local management team, and escalation of issues as appropriate.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Experience within a Quality leadership role, with supporting qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in engineering, technical or other related discipline.
- Demonstrate experience within an automative driven manufacturing environment or similar.
- IATF lead auditor.
- Strong knowledge of IATF QMS, AND IATF core tools (PFC, D/PFMEA, CP, 8D, MSA, basic statistics).
- Demonstrable relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
- Strong familiarity with relevant UK EHS Legislation.
