What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop measurement system and SPC methods to ensure reliable data and effective process control
- Analyze variation and capability to identify improvement opportunities and prevent defects
- Partner with engineering and operations to implement accurate measurement and monitoring solutions
- Train teams on measurement practices and SPC to strengthen quality ownership across the site
- Maintain calibration and measurement records to ensure compliance and audit readiness
What We're Looking For
- Experience in quality engineering or metrology with knowledge of MSA, SPC, and calibration systems
- Strong statistical and analytical skills to interpret data and drive process improvements
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of measurement methods and tools used in manufacturing and inspection
- Leadership mindset aligned with Danfoss behaviors, including accountability, curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

- The targeted salary range for this position is $75,000 - $119,000 based on experience.
