As our HR Services Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in providing an excellent, end-to-end customer experience for our Danfoss workforce, supporting critical HR areas ranging from onboarding and career development to payroll administration and offboarding.

Your impact? You will act as the pivotal point of transactional HR support, ensuring employees and leaders have easy access to searchable, relevant information and timely resolutions to their inquiries. Because of your work, our internal teams will experience seamless HR processes, allowing them to focus on what they do best.
You’ll collaborate with Site and Regional HR teams and take ownership of HR ServiceHub tickets, payroll data inputs, and Knowledge Management processes, helping us move toward a more efficient and inclusive future.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the resolution of incoming HR Service tickets, ensuring accurate and timely data input into payroll systems for earnings, deductions, and job change workflows.

Support Danfoss employees and managers by providing an exceptional customer experience, troubleshooting issues, and thinking outside the box to deliver accurate HR solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional HR Service Team Members and Regional HR to ensure all Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes are consistently met.

Use your skills in knowledge management and solution design to identify, develop, and implement new HR knowledge articles relevant to your supported region.

Continuously learn and share knowledge by reviewing user feedback and updating site content to enhance how we operate and serve our internal customers.
What We're Looking For

Relevant Experience in Human Resources, ideally supported by an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in HR service tools (such as HR ServiceHub) and an eagerness to learn and actively participate in your own career development.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and an employee-focused attitude.

Strong communication skills in English (mandatory), with desired proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese to effectively support our diverse, cross-cultural workforce.
