The Order Fulfillment Representative supports customer order management, shipment coordination, and delivery performance for liquid-cooling products manufactured and distributed from the Utica site, which is part of our rapidly growing Data Center Business Unit. This role serves as a key link between customer demand and site execution, ensuring accurate order information, proactive communication of delivery risks, and timely resolution of order fulfillment issues.

Success in this role is measured by accurate order management, on-time delivery support, effective escalation management, and strong customer communication.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage customer orders, backlog, promise dates, shipment readiness, and order status accuracy within ERP systems.
• Communicate delivery updates, order changes, shipment status, and potential risks to internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams.
• Identify and escalate fulfillment risks including material shortages, capacity constraints, quality holds, logistics issues, and inventory discrepancies.
• Support recovery plans for past-due, high-priority, and customer-critical orders.
• Coordinate with Production Scheduling, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate order records, reports, commitment dates, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare order status and backlog reports for daily management and leadership reviews.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts related to missed deliveries, shipment discrepancies, and order management issues.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing support, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer-service mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP or order management systems.
• Experience with backlog management, shipment coordination, and delivery performance tracking.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Job Criteria

• Working knowledge of order fulfillment, backlog management, shipment coordination, and delivery communication processes.
• Ability to identify and communicate order risks and coordinate corrective actions across multiple functions.
• Strong data accuracy, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to provide clear customer-impacting updates.
• Ability to collaborate across Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and customer-facing teams to support delivery commitments.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
