As the Senior Analyst, Product Data for the Data Center business unit, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the processes, standards, and governance required to maintain accurate and consistent product data across our growing portfolio.

You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to define and implement clear criteria for product and part number creation, naming conventions, product changes, and obsolescence. You will oversee product master data within SAP and related systems, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and consistently maintained throughout the product lifecycle.

This role will serve as a central point of coordination for product data across teams and regions, helping establish scalable processes that support portfolio growth, operational efficiency, and reliable product information.

The pay range for this role is $80,000 -$105,000 based on experience and industry knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop, implement, and maintain product data governance standards and processes, including criteria for part number creation, naming conventions, product configuration, changes, and obsolescence.
• Manage and coordinate product master data in SAP and related systems, ensuring information is accurate, complete, consistent, and properly maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and other key stakeholders to ensure new products, changes, replacements, and phase-outs are correctly implemented and aligned across systems.
• Drive global and cross-functional alignment on product data standards, ownership, approval workflows, and processes across product lines and regions.
• Continuously monitor data quality and process effectiveness, identifying opportunities to standardize, simplify, and scale product data management as the Data Center portfolio grows. 

What We're Looking For

Required (basic) qualifications

• Experience working with product master data, product lifecycle management, ERP systems, product configuration, or similar data-management activities.
• Experience using SAP or comparable ERP systems to create, maintain, or manage product/material master data.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional processes involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and regions.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, data structure, governance, and process control.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience managing product master data within an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technology organization.
• Experience developing or implementing master data governance standards and workflows.
