As a result of an upcoming retirement, we now have an opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our EMEA sales team to take responsibility for managing and developing strategic OEM accounts across the UK. This is a home-based role, and candidates can be located anywhere within the United Kingdom. Regular travel to customer sites throughout the UK will be required.

 

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow business with designated OEM accounts across the UK.
  • Build strong customer relationships and act as the primary Danfoss commercial contact.
  • Understand customer organisations, product portfolios, and decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate internal resources to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Lead technical and commercial discussions on Danfoss products and solutions.
  • Support strategic account planning and, where required, coordinate activity across international customer organisations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A demonstrable track record of success witihin hydraulics, mechanical engineering, electronics, or a comparable technical industry.
  • Proven experience in Account Management, Sales Development, or Project Management within a technical environment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient with CRM and business tools, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent English with willingness to travel regularly across the UK.
