The Impact You'll Make

This position will be responsible for handling the Pan India after sales & service. The position needs to drive the after sales business, define strategy for after sales business and handle channel partners. Handling the service directly or through partners. 

This position gives opportunity for making stratgey and implementing it to drive the business. It give opportunity to handle the customer problems and solve with the expert technical knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for handling day to day spares business direct and indirect. Take care of service requirements of customer. Building strategy and drive the new business.
• Responsible for solving the service issue ,  co ordinating with internal stake holders on the service case closure and other co ordination with internal stake holders.
• The person should able to interact with  channel partners on routine basis, visit  them for new business generation and monitoring them.
• The person should able  to work on CRM softwares like SAP , sales force etc.
• The person should able to quicly learn the  existing process  properly and should  work  to innovate it  further  for handling the growing business.

What We're Looking For

• Drive the after-sales and service business independently, delivering revenue and customer-retention targets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve service issues quickly and keep delivery on track.
• Engage global stakeholders on escalations and strategy, aligning local execution with global priorities.
• Manage service operations through SAP, Salesforce, and CRM tools to keep data and follow-through tight.
• Resolve customer and operational issues end-to-end, owning problems until they're closed.
