Danfoss Turbocor is seeking an enthusiastic Value Stream Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives while leading continuous improvement initiatives and strategic decision-making; leads high-performing teams, fostering a culture of operational excellence and efficiency. Duties: lead, mentor, and train employees to enhance performance and cross-functional capabilities; oversee workforce planning, performance evaluation, and corrective actions in collaboration with HR; drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma among others) to optimize plant operations; manage quality systems, internal audits, and compliance with ISO9001/IATF16949 standards; implement process controls to enhance efficiency and minimize defects; develop and track KPIs to measure performance and drive process improvements; lead risk management, implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve stability; manage complex customer and supplier quality complaints, conducting root cause analysis (8D, APQP); optimize labor utilization and work schedules to meet operational goals; ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal audits, and process standardization; execute plant transfers, supplier development, and Product and Process change management; standardize processes across multi-sites internationally.

What We're Looking For

Requirements:    

•    Masters Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
•    10 years experience in a manufacturing environment
•    5 years experience in Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma
•    5 years experience in managerial roles driving quality, process improvement, and operational excellence
•    5 years experience with High precision Machining
•    5 years experience managing global quality systems and operations
