As our Customer Claims Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer complaints and claim-related activities are managed accurately, efficiently, and consistently across the organization. You will support the full claim lifecycle—from intake through closure—while maintaining clear communication, reliable documentation, and alignment with DPS complaint handling standards and customer expectations.

Your impact? You will help strengthen customer trust, improve responsiveness, and support continuous improvement by ensuring claims are tracked, documented, and resolved effectively. Your work will contribute to better operational alignment, audit readiness, and improved customer experience across our global business environment.
You’ll collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and plant teams, taking ownership of claim administration, customer communication, documentation accuracy, and process coordination, helping us move toward a more customer-focused and operationally efficient future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage customer complaints and claim-related activities from case creation through closure, ensuring accurate documentation and process consistency across systems.
- Coordinate claim-related tasks, material returns, cross dock logistics, and commercial processing activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Communicate claim status, corrective actions, and updates through customer portals, email, service tickets, and collaboration tools to maintain stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain audit-ready records, CAPA documentation, 8D reports, and customer claim files in accordance with DPS standards and customer requirements.
- Track claim KPIs including responsiveness, aging, closure rates, and process performance to support continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in quality or customer claims handling within manufacturing, industrial, or customer service environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP/QEHS claims systems, customer portals, CAPA/8D documentation, and complaint handling processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to work across global and cross-functional teams.
- A mindset of customer focus, professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning in an international business environment.
