As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality components by operating production equipment safely and ensuring all parts comply with Danfoss quality standards. Your efforts contribute to efficient production processes and uphold our commitment to delivering dependable products to customers worldwide.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple machines to produce high‑quality parts that meet specifications.
• Inspect parts using gauges and measurement tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain safe and efficient machine performance by watching cycle times and identifying issues early.
• Complete basic equipment checks and upkeep to support reliable daily operation.
• Keep your work area organized and safe to ensure a smooth production flow.

Background & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to lift to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Be able to work without sponsorship
• Speak English fluently written and verbally
• Able to read and understand blueprints, control plans, job instructions and measurement tools (i.e. measuring tape)
