What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Produce, edit, and optimize professional video content for internal channels and selected external platforms
  • Lead the full production process – from storyboarding and scripting to filming and post‑production, ensuring high‑quality output
  • Act as Communication advisor for a dedicated area, driving engagement and ensuring impactful messaging
  • Write news articles that connect and inspire people across borders
  • Collaborate across teams to turn complex topics into clear, compelling stories that resonate across the organization

What We're Looking For

 

  • Proven experience in video editing and production, using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and scriptwriting skills for internal audiences
  • Experience producing content in a corporate environment
  • Ability to work on‑site in Nordborg and collaborate closely with the internal stakeholders
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines

 

Desirable Experience 

  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not a strict requirement
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, or other creative media formats
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in digital storytelling and content production
