Job Description

Danfoss Power Solutions II, établissement spécialisé dans la fabrication et la commercialisation de raccords rapides pneumatiques et coupleurs hydrauliques. Filiale du groupe Danois Danfoss, spécialiste de la gestion de l’énergie, de solutions de chauffage et de refroidissement, ainsi que dans le domaine électrique.

Job Responsibilities

Au sein du département RH de l’Usine composée de la responsable RH pour une population d’environ 90 salariés, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) alternant(e) afin de travailler sur les missions suivantes :

  • Recrutement des intérims – et gestion administrative de ceux-ci (suivi des heures, gestion des contrats, renouvellement avec les agences, reporting…)

  • Administration du personnel (dossiers du personnel, suivi et organisation des visites médicales et gestion des temps)

  • Déploiement du plan de formation interne et externe, organisation des formations

  • Communication RH

  • Participation à l’organisation des élections professionnelles

  • Participation à divers projets RH

  • Diversité & Inclusion : organisation de la Semaine Européenne pour l’emploi des personnes en situation de handicap…

Background & Skills

  • Formation de type licence professionnelle RH

  • Bonne capacité d’écoute et de communication

  • Sens de la confidentialité, dynamisme, polyvalence

  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre organisation et votre rigueur.

  • Vous maîtrisez le pack Office

  • La maîtrise de l’anglais est un plus
