The Impact You'll Make

As a Marketing Manager, Data Center Incubation, you will shape how emerging data center technologies are positioned, communicated, and brought to market. You will play a key role in transforming innovative concepts into compelling customer value propositions that support growth in a rapidly evolving industry.

The Incubation team is responsible for identifying emerging market trends, creating and prioritizing an idea funnel, and developing selected concepts through design and validation to market readiness.

 Your work will directly support market readiness and commercial success for technologies moving through the innovation pipeline.

This is a global role with exposure to stakeholders across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, offering a unique opportunity to influence strategy and drive impact on an international scale. Depending on the locations needs we may consider remote work as well.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop global marketing strategies, positioning, and messaging frameworks that strengthen market awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create compelling content and marketing materials that support the launch and adoption of innovative data center solutions.
  • Partner with business development teams to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value and business outcomes.
  • Lead digital campaigns and collaborate with marketing teams to expand reach, generate demand, and support sales success.
  • Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, customer engagements, and training activities that build awareness and credibility in the market.

What We're Looking For

•    At least 5 to 7 years of experience developing and executing B2B marketing strategies for technology, industrial, infrastructure, or related markets.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required.
•    Strong ability to create high-quality content, value propositions, presentations, and marketing materials for technical audiences.
•    Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new products, solutions, or technologies to market.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global business environment.
•    Knowledge of data center infrastructure, liquid cooling, thermal management, semiconductor technologies, or related industries.
•    Fluency in English is a must and the travel expectation for this position would be up to 20%.

For applicants who reside in New York, the salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 based on experience and industry knowledge.
