As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our Operations team of six, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. You will play a key role in driving industrial excellence and supporting strategic production initiatives across the site.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design, implement, and optimize production processes that meet quality, safety, ergonomics, and environmental standards, while supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.

Lead cross-functional industrialization projects for new products, including PFMEA, Control Plans, risk analysis, layout planning, and production ramp-up coordination.

Develop and maintain standardized production documentation and methods, ensuring alignment across teams and updates based on operational feedback.

Analyze production costs and feasibility for new lines, and identify investment opportunities and automation strategies through technological benchmarking.

Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and international teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and strategic alignment with business goals.
What We're Looking For

Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with significant experience in manufacturing environments; automotive industry experience is a plus.

Strong technical knowledge in pneumatics, mechanics, automation, machining, and assembly systems.

Proficient in Lean Manufacturing tools; Green Belt certification is a strong asset.

Fluent in professional English (B2 level); comfortable working with international teams and suppliers.

Skilled in MS Office, ERP systems, and SolidWorks.

Team-oriented, rigorous, proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused with strong communication and leadership skills.
