As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our Operations team of six, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. You will play a key role in driving industrial excellence and supporting strategic production initiatives across the site.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design, implement, and optimize production processes that meet quality, safety, ergonomics, and environmental standards, while supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.

  • Lead cross-functional industrialization projects for new products, including PFMEA, Control Plans, risk analysis, layout planning, and production ramp-up coordination.

  • Develop and maintain standardized production documentation and methods, ensuring alignment across teams and updates based on operational feedback.

  • Analyze production costs and feasibility for new lines, and identify investment opportunities and automation strategies through technological benchmarking.

  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and international teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and strategic alignment with business goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with significant experience in manufacturing environments; automotive industry experience is a plus.

  • Strong technical knowledge in pneumatics, mechanics, automation, machining, and assembly systems.

  • Proficient in Lean Manufacturing tools; Green Belt certification is a strong asset.

  • Fluent in professional English (B2 level); comfortable working with international teams and suppliers.

  • Skilled in MS Office, ERP systems, and SolidWorks.

  • Team-oriented, rigorous, proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused with strong communication and leadership skills.
