Job Description

We are expanding our Customer Service activities in Vilnius, Lithuania and now looking for a positive-minded and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our new Baltics team! We are looking for our new team member to join us after the summer holiday season. 

 

This is an exciting job where you will have the possibility to influence our customer satisfaction and cooperate with Danfoss colleagues all over the world.  We will offer a solid on-boarding for you to be successful in your role.

Job Responsibilities

If you take this exciting position as our new Customer Service Representative, you will work in our Baltics team, and be a part of the Northern Europe Customer Service team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience
  • Serve customers within set targets and to a high standard
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve logistic issues and complaints
  • Ensure timely response and quality resolution of inquiries
  • Fulfil job responsibilities aligned with given KPI’s
  • Keep a close dialogue with customers over phone or email to understand their needs and expectations
  • Be proactive and ensure we are staying ahead of our customers’ needs
  • Cooperate with other departments/functions in our company

Background & Skills

For you to shine in this position, you have a customer service mindset combined with outstanding communication skills. Usage of different IT tools and systems is a piece of cake for you. You are proficient in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken. You are an excellent team player willing to contribute to achieve team targets and you believe that pulling in the same direction is of benefit for the entire organization. You can work well under pressure and with deadlines. You seek opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste in our processes. You have a sense of urgency, while you understand the value of deliver excellence in the details. Previous experience of working in Customer Service environment or with similar tasks in sales and distribution or logistic context will help you get started, but it’s not mandatory. It’s also beneficial if you have SAP and SalesForce experience. Additionally, having knowledge of either Latvian or Estonian language, would make us really happy.

 

On a more personal note, you have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. You genuinely appreciate the interaction with other people. You are open for development and improvements to ensure best in class performance.
