L’activité du groupe Danfoss (42 000 collaborateurs, présent dans le monde entier) se définit dans la maîtrise du chauffage, du conditionnement d'air, de la réfrigération et des contrôles de process dans l'industrie. Danfoss conçoit et distribue des produits assurant le bon fonctionnement et la pérennité des éléments de confort.

Au sein de notre segment DCS (Danfoss Climate Solutions) nous recherchons Un(e) Sales Manager, Indirect Sales (F/H). Poste basé en région Lyonnaise ou Parisienne.

Job Responsibilities

• Fidéliser les relations commerciales du portefeuille actuel,

• Définir, animer et superviser la stratégie commerciale mise en oeuvre au sein de l'entreprise,

• Gérer une équipe composée de 2 managers, 2 comptes clés, et technico-commerciaux en les encadrant, les motivant pour atteindre leurs objectifs,

• Participer activement à la négociation des contrats avec les clients clés

• Analyser les performances commerciales, évaluer les résultats et proposer des actions correctives si nécessaire

• Assurer une veille concurrentielle afin de rester à la pointe des dernières tendances du marché.

• Collaborer étroitement avec les autres services de l'entreprise (marketing, production, logistique, etc.) pour garantir une cohérence globale et une satisfaction client optimale.

Background & Skills

• Expérience confirmée dans le monde du HVAC et idéalement dans le bâtiment

• Bonnes capacités managériales

• Connaissance des outils bureautiques, digitaux et CRM

• Expérience dans la gestion de projets

• Bonne communication

• Anglais niveau B2 minimum
