As a Development Engineer – Product Design, you will help shape the next generation of power module solutions by turning customer and business requirements into manufacturable products. You will develop new product variants, maintain existing product documentation, and drive engineering changes that support production, quality, and purchasing.

This role offers a unique opportunity to follow a product from concept to reality. You will create designs and technical documentation in CAD, contribute to innovative power electronics solutions, and see your work become physical products used in real-world applications. Your expertise will help ensure our products remain competitive, reliable, and aligned with the latest industry standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support new product development and product innovation projects, creating new variants within existing power module product families.
• Develop and maintain CAD models, engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and related technical documentation.
• Drive engineering changes for products, materials, and manufacturing processes while ensuring alignment with production, quality, and purchasing requirements.
• Participate in prototype builds, sample evaluations, and product validation activities, documenting results and supporting successful product implementation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams to define product specifications and deliver solutions that meet market and customer needs.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Candidates with a Mechanical Engineering background and exposure to electrical engineering are also encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and a strong interest in power electronics and product development.
• Experience using a 3D CAD system such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or a comparable design tool and awareness of GPS (Geometrical Product Specification) and engineering drawing standards.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements, solve engineering challenges, and collaborate effectively across functions.
