In our Testing Laboratory in Vrbové, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and safety of our products. Your work will help guarantee that our solutions meet the highest technical standards and customer expectations worldwide.
You will work with modern measurement and testing equipment and contribute to the development of new testing methods and devices. Your insights and analyses will support the continuous improvement of our products and manufacturing processes.
This position is also suitable for entry-level candidates who are eager to develop their technical expertise in an international environment and gain hands-on experience in the field of electrical testing.
What You’ll Be Doing

Perform and evaluate material and product tests to verify their quality, functionality, and reliability.

Prepare technical documentation and test reports to support decision-making and the sharing of results across the organization.

Develop new measurement and testing methods and equipment to improve testing efficiency and support innovation.

Propose and implement improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with project and FMEA teams to address technical challenges and drive continuous product improvement.
What We're Looking For

Master's degree (Second Level University Degree) in Electrical Engineering or Physics

Valid Electrical Qualification Certificate (§21) in accordance with applicable electrical regulations

Ability to communicate effectively in Slovak and English, both written and spoken

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work with technical documentation

Strong analytical thinking, willingness to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Previous experience in a similar role is essential
