This is an on-site job, open in our plant in Vrbové (Piešťany district), Slovakia. We are looking forward to receiving your application in English.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Be the main contact for assigned international customers, coordinating orders, deliveries, and material flows from order to invoice
  • Secure accurate order processing and fulfillment, including pricing, forecasts, inventory, and contract compliance using SAP S/4HANA
  • Actively manage deviations and customer complaints, bringing together sales, logistics, and other teams to resolve issues clearly and fast
  • Support sales managers with customer data, reporting, and evaluations, helping drive strong commercial decisions
  • Coordinate dispatch and transport, preparing delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, and customs documents while contributing to process and digital improvements

What We're Looking For

 

  • Experience in order processing, customer service, or sales support, ideally with major international customers
  • Fluent English and very good German spoken and written
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and digital or automation tools such as AI-supported order entry
  • Knowledge of logistics, customs, or international trade, combined with strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills
