You will play a critical role in ensuring our warehouse operations run with precision, transparency, and reliability. Your work will directly impact inventory accuracy, product quality, and on-time delivery for our customers.

By taking full ownership of warehouse activities, you will help protect product integrity, optimize storage conditions, and enable data-driven decisions that support business continuity and growth.
 
As a people-focused leader on the floor, you will create structure, accountability, and clarity—making the warehouse a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end warehouse activities, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and movement of all products and materials.
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy by controlling all inbound and outbound transactions and validating stock data in SAP.
  • Ensure product quality and optimal storage conditions, protecting materials throughout their lifecycle in the warehouse.
  • Lead and coordinate warehouse personnel, providing clear direction, accountability, and daily operational oversight.
  • Analyze inventory and operational data using Excel and Power BI to improve visibility, reporting, and decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with proven responsibility for inventory control and accuracy.
  • Hands-on experience leading others in an operational or warehouse environment.
  • Strong SAP knowledge for inventory management and transactional control.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for analysis and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and working proficiency in English.
