Job Description
Involve in process improvement on Service, Quality and Cost - e.g. Danfoss Productivity Program or process within the GS-L process for freight, warehousing, shipping, imp/exp.
Job Responsibilities
1. Danfoss Productivity Program
Utilize Lean knowledge and experience to ensure productivity improvement for CNR warehouses; Establish KPI and follow up with implementation
2. Process development and optimization
Establish close cooperation with the divisions and suppliers, work with continues improvements, processes optimization, develop business tools, etc.
3. Project management
Participate in local projects. Coordinate and implement project according to requirements.
4. Develop and implement KPI to support the departments development and to secure direction
Background & Skills
3-5 years working experience in Logistics (WH, Freight, Shipping)
Warehouse operation productivity continuously improvement/ lean production work experience
Supply chain understanding - relevant education
SAP Knowledge
English can be good at working language
Project management experience
Be able and willing to improve warehouse & other logistics process
