Job Description

Check CNRAC's execution of EHS related policy and procedures, promote continuous improvement, enhance staff and operators' EHS awareness as well as effectively communicate to stakeholders, aiming to ensure CNRAC operation full compliance with EHS requirements and support business development.

Job Responsibilities

1. Organize to set up CNRAC EHS KPI and improvement plan in order to promote the continuous improvement.
2. Regularly review EHS performance with CNRAC management team and related departments, upgrade EHS procedures and WI of factory-level.
3. Undertake routine EHS inspections and follow up till all findings are closed effectively.
4. Coordinate and carry out EHS internal audit and external audit.
5. Ensure to carry out 3-level safety audit as plan.  
6. Participate DCS EHS Community meeting and Wuqing campus EHS monthly meeting, afterwards share the take-aways within CNRAC as well as drive the implementation for top-down tasks in CNRAC.
7. Facilitate incident investigation and improvement.
8. Lead annual environmental aspects identification review and update.  
9.Lead CNRAC chemical material management. 
10.Responsible for safety risk assessment for the new equipment and projects of CNRAC. 
11.Provide EHS-related consultant service within CNRAC.
12.Plan and implement EHS training for staff and operators.
13.Represent CNRAC to complete EHS-related survey from the external stakeholders.
14.Other tasks assigned by direct manager, such as QMS-related work, etc.

Background & Skills

1. Familiar with ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001 standard and the related China law and regulations, on top of that, be familiar with IATF16949 is preferred.
2. At lease 3 years working experience on EHS and QMS in foreign invested manufacturing company.
3. Fluent English in reading, verbal and written.
4. Good computer skill, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms etc.
5. Self-motivated, high responsibility, good teamwork spirit, quick response and good communication skill.
