What You’ll Be Doing
1. Participate in and manage Change Control projects
2. Make different TS / Quality document (PFMEA, PFC, CP, MSA, CPK, dummy and calibration setup)
3. Process Development, Develop and maintain key process (e.g.. Global Gatekeeper guidance, Brazing, welding, leak testing and charging/setting etc.)
4. Improve Quality, Quality / "Kæs" (Scrap, Changes, Sorting) and line-stop analysis and optimization.
5. Improve Cost , VC and OVC cost down activities
6. Improve Productivity , Productivity- and work time study (Lay out, flow, cycle time and OEE) 7. Handling deviation and secure quality and specifications 8. Running optimizations projects and follow up.
9. Problem solving, from costume complain or from internal problem (Stop The Line)
10. Equipment support, Support to shop floor / production (SOP, Bom (bill of materials), Routing, IT, Tools and Machine drawings, tools and spare parts ordering)
11. Secure safety, Support and secure that the production foundation are according to all safety and environmental standards
12. Supplier contact regarding technical issues (parts and machines)
What We're Looking For
1.Bachelor degree or above，Mechanic relevant background,
2.Above 5 years working experience in foreign company
3.Good oral and presentation skill in English
4.Good mechanical design ability
5.Good skill in teamwork、communication and coordination
