Facility Operation Engineer - Hard Service

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure operation and maintenance of building, utility, fire and security system, electricity, water, gas, HVAC, compressed air, and special gas, etc.;
  • Energy management and control, Drive ESG activities in daily operations
  • Have BMS system operation and programming skills. Drive the digtal facility operations to improve the efficiency
  • Drive and improve ONE FM- Hard service excellent with hard service team.
  • Train and normalize contractor employee’s behavior;
  • Optimize M&R solution and improve M&R cost efficiency
  • Drive and manage facility incident management process; Be responsible for facility operation related EHS results, incl. No fire safety, work injury, Env. incident, etc.
  • Be responsible for Facility review, completion check and handover of facility Change project
  • Supervise implementation of facility management systems, include BMS, F-One, Planon, Omega, etc.
  • Initiate and manage facility related improvement projects
  • Ensure right standards and SOP of facility operation management are ready and implemented

Background & Skills

•Bachelor degree or above in Automation control major
•Min.3 yeas facility BMS system implementation experience
•Strong project management skill and experience
•Drive to achieve targets
•Customer focus and Continues improvement concept
•Strong communication with different level of the whole organization
•Good English communication, including reading and writing skills
