Job Responsibilities

Lead Indirect Procurement Operation Team in China region with the aim to utilize business of scale, specialized knowledge, alignment, efficiency & automation to boost operational Indirect Procurement services in compliance way and secure category stratety execution.

1-Operational management
Define operational direction according to China indirect procurement overall perspective and category strategy, secure landing execution.
Deliver good operational procurement service to business stakeholders with target(SLA, KPIs etc.) fulfillment.
Streamline operational process and digital initiatives to improve team's productivity.
Contribute for collabotative coopration within indirect procurement team (category management, vendor management & operation management).
Act as defined role & responsibility in indirect procurement guidebook.

2-Project pipeline & continuous improvement
Ensure synergies & improvement opportunities in indirect procurememt are identified and implemented.
Run regional or global continuous improvement projects as per agreement with the business strategy such as automation, MWB, cost down & BoF projects.

3-Stakeholder Engagement
Ensure a tight and positive connections or regular meetings with the relevant stakeholders within the regions, BU, cooperate function, etc.

4-Leading People
Lead and develop Indirect Procurement Operational Team.
Boost team's profesionalism and competence.

5-Performance Management
Monitor performance, react on deviations, agree on performance levels with Regions (SLAs), conduct Performance Review Meetings and ensure follow-up is done (ppt, MoM, action plan etc.) - all documents to be available on the intranet/Teams site.
Develop meaningful KPIs to monitor performance and workload.

6-Compliance
Ensure compliance throughout indirect procurement operations - develop effective ways to influence end-users into compliance, always keeping the 'user-easiness' and 'user-friendliness' in mind.

Background & Skills

  1. Education: Bachelor degree at least in commericial or engineering field, master degree is preferable
  2. Work experience: 6-10years people manager experience in procurement area in internaltional company
  3. Language: fluent English is mandatory, Japanese and Korean is nice to have
  4. Process and tools: SAP(ERP, Ariba), MS office(excel, PPT, power BI etc.)
  5. Competence: Strategic thinking/ Leadership & coaching/ Organizing & prioritizing/ Procurement insights/ Project management/ Problem solving
  6. Characteristics: Integrity & Fair/ Open & innovation/ Good communication/ Fast adapbility
