Job Description

To assist the team in driving the implementation of in-house simulation tools and contribute to the development of standardized operational guidelines. By supporting tool-related troubleshooting, case testing, and documentation organization, the role aims to enhance the team's efficiency in optimizing product designs through simulation technologies. During the internship, candidates will gain hands-on experience with industrial-level simulation projects while receiving practical opportunities to grow cross-functional collaboration and holistic skill development.

Job Responsibilities

Assist engineers in simulation modeling and basic analysis, generating standardized data reports;
Participate in standardizing simulation processes and collaborate to optimize technical implementation.

Engage in testing, optimization, and validation of internal simulation tools;
Support the compilation of tool-related technical documentations and user feedback collection to improve technology implementation efficiency.

Contribute to drafting simulation operational guidelines and technical standard documents, ensuring logical clarity and strong reusability;
Participate in updating internal knowledge base content.

Background & Skills

Current postgraduate student in Fluid Mechanics, Refrigeration engineering,Thermal Energy Engineering, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.

Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one CFD software package (e.g., Fluent,  CFX, STAR-CCM+…), including knowledge of fundamental modelling and post-processing workflows.

Language Requirement: CET-6 (China College English Test Band 6) or equivalent qualification, with demonstrated proficiency in technical literature comprehension and abstract writing in English.

Be able to use ANSYS Mechanical
Experience in technical documentation authoring or training support roles.
