The Impact You'll Make

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 • Lead for electronics product design from idea generation to product launch;
• Gather customer requirements and develop product specification;
• Responsible for electronics product validation and qualification;
• Select components and perform cost analysis;
• Ensure product compliance with CCC, CQC, CE, UL, VDE etc. certification;
• Participate in pre- and post projects design-related cross-functional activities (datasheet, quality problem solving, change management etc.); 

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or a related field
• Proven experience in electronics product design with at least 5 years working experience, including both hardware and software
• Design experience on step motor and actuator, know how on the control logic with valve, PLC/MCU program experience preferred
• Strong capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in English communication (oral, reading, and writing)
• Familiar with the tools in IATF16949 as DFMEA, PFMEA, Control plan etc.
• Cooling application knowledge is highly preferred
• Experience on Project Management is preferred
