Job Responsibilities

1. Timely update data in SAP and keep high accuracy.
2. Make a structured master production plan and material plan to fuflill cusotme demand.
3. Manage the delivery performance on target level.
4. Timely commincate with the relevant stakeholders when lead time need to be extended, delivery/stock might be impacted.
5. Use zoning tool to analyse FG/SFG/RM's inventory, indentify root cause of slow mover/no mover,  continously improve the stock level.
6. Manage and regulaly monitor the expense on freight and PPV, continuously reduce the cost.
7. Drive internal and external problem solving , take proactive actions to reduce impact to customer, look for preventive measurea to continuously improve late delivery, optimize inventory, reduce lead time, improve forecast accuracy.
8. Continously improve the outbound and inbound process, workflow, SOP to comply with QMS/TF16949.
9. Facilitate new product launch and new material/supplier introduction.

Background & Skills

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics management or supply chain management as a plus.
2. At least 5 years work experience in production planning and material planning or supply chain management.
3. SAP PP/MM module is required to use skillfully.  SD Module will be considered as a plus.
4. Fluently speaking and writing in English.  CET-6 will be considered as a plus.
5. Excel, BI and Powerpoint is preferred to use skillfully, digital tool development experience as a plus.
6. Strong accountability, good teamwork, agile and customer orientation.
