Job Description: 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Daily diagnose and repair equipment faults promptly to ensure production equipment stable operation
• Drive TPM in factory;
• PM system maintain and improve preventive maintenance by regular data analysis;
• Weekly/monthly report maintenance related key issues;
• Continous improvement on the equpment (Technical,quality and econimical) to minimizing downtime;
• Manage and control cost of spare part, maintain spare part list for key/critical equipment;
• Assist/lead in equipment modification, upgrades, and installation/commissioning of new equipment;
• Lead and coach maintenance technicians/operators to handle daily work;
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering departments to optimize equipment performance

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an equipment, maintenance, or automation engineer.
• Strong practical skills, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of independently diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, proficient with standard maintenance tools.
• Experience with TPM and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Familiarity with Siemens PLCs, sensors, servo systems, robots, and related technologies.
• Preferred experience in digitalization and SCADA systems (such as WinCC, C#, OPC, or IoT).
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of applicable safety regulations and standards.
• Demonstrates initiative, systematic working methods, and goal-oriented focus.
• Open-minded with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
