Maintenance Manager

Job Description

Responsible for welding and machining maintenance team management, keep production equipment stably, meet cost, productivity and other KPI target. Lead and push continuously improvement, enhance individual and team competency.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for safety management and meet safety target for maintenance team work scope;
Responsible for daily management work of welding and machining maintenance team ;
Develop individial and team competency, reduce breakdown time;
Lead and monitor the maintenance team to meet KPI target;
Lead team continuous improvment, focus on spare parts localization, autonomous maintenance, energy saving, digitization, automation mainly;
Responsible for machining and welding spare parts invetory management, keep spare part in good condition and resonalble quantity;
Push TPM to keep equipment in good status;
Summarize and analysis data periodically, implement effective activities in time; 
Other work from manager.

Background & Skills

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechanical, Automation or other relevant; 

Solid knowledge on machining maintenance, with at least 6-10 years related working experience;

With team management experience, good communication and coordination skills;

With CNC machining center and lathe maintenance experience is preferred;

English can be used as working language.
