Maintenance Specialist

Job Description

Be involved in equipment maintenance activities make sure production equipment in good condition and fulfillment equipment targets on safety, reliability, efficiency to support on time delivery to customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for safety, timely, cost-effective repair of equipment
• Continous improvement on the equipment (safety,technical,quality,OEE and economical) and report
• Participant in Capex project to make sure fufill equipment target(technical, digital and documentaiton)
• Equipment upgrade for automation and traceability
• Digitalization for equipment status monitor and predictive maintenance
• PM system maintain and improve preventive maintenance by data analysis
• Other tasks as required on the job agreed or appointed with direct manager

Background & Skills

• Bachelor degree of Mechanical and Electrical or relevant.
• At least 10 years experience of automation/equipment/maintenance engineer.
• Experience of Siemens PLC program and robot application.
• Experience of Leak detection technology.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of TPM/PM is preferred.
• Knowledge of TS 16949 is preferred.
• Open minded, co-operative attitude, teamwork sprit.
• Show initiative, work systematically and goal-oriented.
• Have good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Can work under pressure.
