As our Manager, Product Testing Laboratory, you’ll play a key role in the management of China ACR Laboratory.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Plan & prioritize the team lab work
Coordinate, plan & prioritize tasks for customers, project managers, supply chain, other colleagues etc..
Support customers with on site problem solving in special circumstances, continuously improving existing methods.
• Responsibility for relevant resources within own team
Test equipment, People competences, Laboratory methods, External suppliers of test
• Laboratory equipment
Drive equipment, tooling and method optimization under consideration of cost, investment budget, TS activities, calibrations and maintenance plan
• Performance management
Manage, evaluate & develop employees
Define and follow up on relevant performance objectives
• Support competences build up at own or other global labs within specific field of expertise
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor or master in Engineering or similar, Mechanical with Refrigeration specialization is preferred.
• 3 years experience above in laboratory, knowledge on product testing and new product development. Calibration, performance testing of refrigeration and Automatic Control Units are prefered.
• Management capabilities and communication experience. Cross functional insight into our business is required.
• Good understanding of laboratory equipment and method capabilities, ability to innovate current practices.
• Experience on leading teams especially hourly-paid employees is prefered.
