Job Description
Responsible for transmitter automatic production line and assembly station’s process work.
Job Responsibilities
• Automatic production line and assembly process maintain;
• Process documents create and update;
• Operators training and certification;
• Production line abnormal issues handle;
• Continues improvement in process, machine, flow etc.;
• MSA implement and improvement;
• Process capability control and improvement;
• Production line quality monitor and improvement;
• New machine and production line setup;
• Lead maintenance to make PM plan and machine breakdown trouble shooting ;
• Lead and support productivity improvement ;
• Customer complain and product audit failure root cause analysis and make corrective actions;
Background & Skills
• Strong trouble shooting ability;
• Knowledge of Laser welding, Resistance welding and Helium leak test;
• Knowledge of Automatic production line and Robot;
• Knowledge of MES(Manufacturing Execution System)
• Knowledge of Tin soldering and IPC-A-610 standard;
• Knowledge of IATF 16949;
• Knowledge of Lean production;
• Show initiative, work systematically and goal-oriented;
• Is capable of working in cross-functional team.
