Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing NPD (New Product Development) and SUS (Sustaining) projects.
• Understand and manage customer requirements, control the project scope, budget, risk, and schedule. Develop and maintain detailed project work-plans and budgets; identify appropriate resources.
• Provide clear goals and purpose for the project team members (including marketing, design, procurement, process, and quality etc.) so that the project secures effective use of time and resources and builds employee motivation.
• Monitor and control project work. Follow-up to keep end-product within scope, quality, schedule, and budget so that the project delivers the desired end-product.
• Perform integrated change control on the project. Evaluate changes to the project scope, schedule, or cost in a coordinated manner so that all project constrains are evaluated.
• Coordinate and communicate the project resources with relevant stakeholders to ensure project can be executed effectively and the outcome is sustained in the organization.
• Regularly and effectively communicate project performance to the relevant stakeholders and report to management team.

Background & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, HVAC, Management, or equivalent and working experience in relevant industries
• At least 2~3 years project management relative experience, PMP is preferred
• Fluent communication in written and spoken English
• Project Management tools, Microsoft Office tools
• Creative and open minded, hard-working, and energetic, good teamwork, and ethics
• Result oriental
