The Impact You'll Make

As our Senior Sourcing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supplier management and project procurement activities to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness and successful execution of NPD/CD projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Project Support (CD/Sustaining/NPD)
        • RFQ，Supplier selection, production capacity assessment
        • Facilitate project planning and execution at supplier side
        • Project ramp up/down at supplier side
        • Track supplier project milestones and escalate risks to ensure project delivery on time.

2. Supplier management - performance, delviery, quality and capacity         
        • Support implementation of global purchasing strategy and ensure supplier execution to meet business needs.
        • Drive supplier improvement actions on quality, delivery, responsiveness and productivity.
        • Proactively monitor vendors' production capacity and develop it based on demand in advance
        • Proactively execute supplier relationship and risk management 
        • Price maintain and management
        • Support supply chain to ensure on-time delivery and right quality
        • Follow up supplier action plans and ensure timely closure of issues related to delivery, quality, capacity and cost.

3. Cost Reduction
         • Conduct cost analysis and benchmark
         • Cost reduction and negotiation
         • Productivity track (ITT pipeline : ideas generation → execution → database upkeep)
         • Support VAVE initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in mechanical engineering, mechatronic, supply chain, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in direct material purchasing, supplier management, or project procurement.
• Preferred experience working with suppliers in mechanical components, fabrication, casting, machining or HVAC industries
• Able to communicate independently with global stakeholders in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office , and good presentation skills are required. Power BI experience is a plus.
