The Impact You'll Make

Act as the interface for Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality within the project core team, ensuring alignment across functions to support product industrialization; lead the transition from design to mass production at suppliers, securing performance against quality, cost, and delivery commitments; partner with the project team to ensure successful product launch, meeting agreed targets on timing, cost, and product performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Translate project requirements into aligned sourcing strategies, ensuring optimal balance of quality, cost, and delivery performance across suppliers and logistics partners;
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with the Category Team and SQE to validate manufacturability and mitigate supply risks for newly designed parts;
  • Lead cost, investment, and lead-time analysis at supplier level, supporting early supplier involvement and design-to-cost initiatives;
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective prototype delivery by coordinating with the Category Team or Prototype Buyer in line with project milestones;
  • Secure supplier capacity and scalability to support mid- to long-term production requirements (3-year horizon);
  • Manage the full lifecycle of parts introduction, including new parts ramp-up and legacy parts ramp-down or phase-out, minimizing operational disruption.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field;
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Purchasing within manufacturing industry;
  • Hands-on experience in new product introduction (NPI), project sourcing, or supplier development;
  • Familiar with manufacturing processes (e.g., casting, machining, stamping, or plastic injection preferred);
  • Experience in cross-functional project collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams;
  • Proven track record in driving supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, and delivery;
  • Experience in RFQ, cost analysis, and supplier negotiation is preferred;
  • Fluent in English communication (written and spoken).
